Backflow prevention devices shall be painted forest green <br />(pantone Color System Number 2030) and shall be screened with <br />shrubbery. The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted at <br />a density to satisfactorily screen the device and shall be <br />designed to blend with adjacent landscaping. All such devices <br />shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined <br />by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />13. Covered handicapped parking spaces shall be evenly distributed <br />through the site, the locations shown on the final site plan <br />for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />14. The proposed car wash area shall be moved to a location in the <br />southeasterly half of the project. This change shall be shown <br />on the building permit plan set for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />15. Prior to issuance of building permits, the developer shall <br />investigate the feasibility of extending an asphalt sidewalk <br />in the Alameda County Transportation Corridor from the EVA to <br />the Pleasanton Senior Center or Centennial Park. If feasible, <br />as determined by the Planning Director, the plans for this <br />sidewalk extension shall be provided to the City Engineer and <br />Planning Director for review and approval. All work to be <br />done in the right-of-way requires an encroachment permit from <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />16. The two open guest parking spaces located in the "dog-leg" <br />driveway aisle by Building "F" shall be converted to covered <br />parking. This change shall be shown on the building permit <br />plan set for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />17. All wood structural and trim members on the carports shall be <br />painted green to match the approved window colors. This <br />detail shall be shown on the building permit plan set for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />18. At least 21 open parking spaces shall be designated as guest <br />parking spaces by the developer. These parking spaces shall <br />be evenly distributed throughout the project site and shall be <br />designated on the building permit plan set for review and <br />approval by the Planning Director. Parking for recreational <br />vehicles shall be converted to conventional open parking <br />spaces. These details shall be shown on the building permit <br />plan set for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />I II <br />
