<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOHN CERRUTI FOR REZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Cerruti has applied for planned unit development <br />(PUDl rezoning and development plan approval for a two <br />lot single-family residential development located at 2818 <br />Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />Commission received <br />Case PUD-91-12; and <br /> <br />December 11, 1991, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated October 10, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-91-12, the application of John <br />Cerruti for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and <br />development plan approval for a two lot single-family <br />residential development located at 2818 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed <br />project will have a de Minimis impact on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />. <br />
