<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-111 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTING <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5721 (KOTTINGER RANCH) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a one-year <br />extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 5721 <br />(Kottinger Ranchl for the property located at the <br />easterly side of Bernal Avenue approximately 100' <br />southerly of Kottinger Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Developmentl <br />_ Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/ and <br />Open Space District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 11, <br />1991, the planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />city staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a negative declaration was previously <br />adopted for the PUD approval for this <br />therefore, no additional environmental <br />prepared; and <br /> <br />prepared and <br />project, and, <br />document was <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission determined that the extension of <br />the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Westbrook Housing Group's request for a one- <br />year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 5721 <br />(Kottinger Ranchl for the property located at the <br />easterly side of Bernal Avenue approximately 100' <br />southerly of Kottinger Drive, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. continues resolution of Conditions 5 and 6, as shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference, to allow the applicant to work with staff and <br />the Kottinger Ranch Homeowners Association to come to an <br />agreement, with a final report to the planning commission <br />within 90 days. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />. <br />
