PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-111 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5721 (KOTTINGER RANCH) WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a one-year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 5721 (Kottinger Ranchl for the property located at the easterly side of Bernal Avenue approximately 100' southerly of Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Developmentl _ Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/ and Open Space District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 11, 1991, the planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was previously adopted for the PUD approval for this therefore, no additional environmental prepared; and prepared and project, and, document was WHEREAS, the planning Commission determined that the extension of the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves Westbrook Housing Group's request for a one- year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 5721 (Kottinger Ranchl for the property located at the easterly side of Bernal Avenue approximately 100' southerly of Kottinger Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. section 2. continues resolution of Conditions 5 and 6, as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, to allow the applicant to work with staff and the Kottinger Ranch Homeowners Association to come to an agreement, with a final report to the planning commission within 90 days. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time. .
