<br />Exhibit "A" <br />Conditions or Approval. <br />Resolution No. PC-91-103/104 <br /> <br />1. That the proposed subdivision shall conform substantially to <br />the site plan, grading plan, and related materials, Exhibit A <br />(dated "Received October 16, 1991"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the details of the moderate income affordability program <br />for the four townhouse units shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the city Council prior to recordation of a final <br />map for the project. <br /> <br />3. That the developer shall submit a haul route for the off-haul <br />of excess soil materials from the site for review and approval <br />by the city Engineer prior to the issuance of anyon-site <br />permit or building permits for the project. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant shall work with the Pleasanton unified <br />School District and the Planning Director to develop a <br />program, to offset this project's long-term effect on school <br />facility needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be designed <br />to fund school facilities necessary to offset the project's <br />reasonably related effect on the long-term need for expanded <br />school facilities to serve new development in Pleasanton. The <br />method and manner for the provision of these funds andlor <br />facilities shall be subject to approval of the City and shall <br />be in place prior to approval of the final map. In no event <br />shall construction commence unless the above method and manner <br />for the provision of funds andlor facilities has been <br />approved. <br /> <br />5. That, except as otherwise modified by the approved plan or <br />conditions of approval, all conditions of Case PUD-90-10 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />6. That this project shall also be subject to the standard <br />conditions for tentative maps, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />
