<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL INITIATE <br />ANNEXATION OF THE RAY DIAZ PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 20, 1991., the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of Case GP-91-8 and <br />RZ-91-7, the application of the city of Pleasanton to <br />amend and expand the Pleasanton General Plan Land Use Map <br />and prezone lands known as the Ruby Hill area and the <br />vineyard Avenue Corridor area located south of the Arroyo <br />del Valle extending east from the Pleasanton city limits <br />near Montevino Drive to land located east of Vallecitos <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at that meeting, the Planning commission also received a <br />request from Ray Diaz to initiate the annexation of his <br />property at 750 E. Vineyard Avenue, (southwest corner of <br />Vineyard Avenue and Vallecitos Road) in conjunction with <br />the Ruby Hill/vineyard Avenue Corridor project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends that the city Council initiate the <br />annexation of the Ray Diaz property at 750 E. vineyard <br />Avenue, taking all necessary steps to accelerate the <br />process. <br /> <br />section 2.
