<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PRE ZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-91-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has applied to prezone l.,303 acres <br />of the Ruby Hill site to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />District to permit single-family residential, <br />agricultural, and open space uses (to conform to the <br />uses, development plan, and conditions that were recently <br />approved by Alameda county for the area through the <br />1837th zoning Unit); to prezone the 300-acre Topham and <br />Kalthoff parcels of the Ruby Hill area to a PUD <br />agricultural district; and to prezone more than 350 acres <br />of land known as the Vineyard Avenue Corridor area to a <br />PUD district for rural density residential, low density <br />residential, parks and recreation, agriculture and <br />grazing, public health and safety, and sand and gravel <br />harvesting uses (to conform to the uses currently <br />designated for the area by the Pleasanton General Plan); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 20, 1991, the planning <br />commission approved a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case RZ-91-7 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed zoning is <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I.
