<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY/ROBERTSON <br />HOMES FOR CASE GP-91-04/PUD-81-30-24M/PUD-81-30-53D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company/Robertson Homes has applied <br />for an amendment to a General Plan Land Use Map to change <br />the General Plan land use designation from Business Park <br />(Industrial/Commerical/Office) to high density <br />residential on a 79-acre site in the Hacienda Business <br />Park bordered by Tassajara Creek on the east, Hacienda <br />Drive on the west, and Owens and Stoneridge Drives on the <br />north and south; for a major modification to a PUD to <br />rezone from PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development <br />Industrial/Commerical Office) to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development - High Density Residential); and for PUD <br />development plan approval for an 878 unit apartment <br />complex composed of 35 three-story buildings on an <br />approximately 27 acre site in the Hacienda Business Park <br />to be located at 5675 Stoneridge Drive, bordered by <br />Tassajara Creek on the east, and Stoneridge and Owens <br />Drives on the south and north; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 13, 1991, the Planning <br />commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case GP-91-04/PUD-81-30-24M/PUD-81-30-53D; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated September 15, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />
