<br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case GP-9I-04/PUD-8l-30-24M/PUD-8l-30-53D, <br />the application of Prudential Insurance Company/Robertson <br />Homes for an amendment to a General Plan Land Use Map to <br />change the General Plan land use designation from <br />Business Park (Industrial/Commerical/Office) to high <br />density residential on a 79-acre site in the Hacienda <br />Business Park bordered by Tassajara Creek on the east, <br />Hacienda Drive on the west, and Owens and Stoneridge <br />Drives on the north and south; for a major modification <br />to a PUD to rezone from PUD-I/C-O (Planned unit <br />Development - IndustrialjCommerical Office) to PUD-HDR <br />(Planned unit Development - High Density Residential); <br />and for PUD development plan approval for an 878 unit <br />apartment complex composed of 35 three-story buildings on <br />an approximately 27 acre site in the Hacienda Business <br />Park to be located at 5675 Stoneridge Drive, bordered by <br />Tassajara Creek on the east, and Stoneridge and Owens <br />Drives on the south and north. <br /> <br />Section 2.
