PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-89 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF KEN GOOCH/ORION HOMES, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-9 WHEREAS, Ken Gooch has applied for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family residence located at 216 Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of Commission received Case PUD-91-9; and November 13, 1991, the Planning a proposed negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated September 23, 1991, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-91-9, the application of Ken Gooch for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an additional 845 sq. ft. single-family residence located at 216 Kottinger Drive.
