<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Reso1ution No. PC-91-84 <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Case UP-91-67 <br /> <br />1. That the operation of Harvest Valley Christian Church at l03l <br />Serpentine Lane shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br />October 23, 1991"), on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the activities of the church shall be limited to Sunday <br />worship services and various evening andlor weekend meetings <br />pertaining to church business, in addition to normal office <br />activities. <br /> <br />3. That the use of parking spaces at the rear of the subject <br />building (l03l Serpentine Lane) and that to the south <br />(l035/l039 Serpentine Lane) shall be prohibited before 8:00 am <br />and after 5:00 pm on any day. At these times, patrons shall <br />be required to use parking spaces on the north and south sides <br />of the subject building. <br /> <br />4. That the use permit may be reviewed by the Planning Director <br />at any time to determine if additional conditions of approval <br />are necessary to ensure continued compatibility with <br />surrounding uses with respect to parking, traffic, noise, or <br />other impacts. At the discretion of the Planning Director, <br />this use permit may be referred to the Planning commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing to add such conditions <br />or, if deemed necessary, to revoke the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That the applicant shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Department and Building Department. The <br />maximum occupancy load of the Church shall be as determined by <br />the Building Department, and the applicant shall obtain all <br />building and other applicable City permits for the church <br />prior to occupying the subject location. <br /> <br />6. That any signing proposed for the church property shall <br />conform to the existing comprehensive sign program for the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />7. That, if the subject church use ceases its operations for <br />90 days without replacement by another church within that <br />time, this use permit shall become null and void and a new use <br />permit shall be required for any subsequent church use on this <br />site. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-9l-84 <br />November l3, 1991 <br />
