<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Resolution No. PC-91-80 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-91-60 <br /> <br />l) The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received september 23, 1991" <br />and "Received October l6, 1991"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2) The use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all <br />times. All doors shall be closed during class times. <br /> <br />3) If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the <br />discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent <br />review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, <br />or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />4) The applicant shall have at least a l5 minute break between <br />classes. <br /> <br />5) If additional activities (e.g. days and/or hours of operation, <br />number of students, etc.) beyond that initially proposed by <br />the applicant are desired, prior City review and approval is <br />required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, who may approve the modification or refer <br />the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be <br />substantial. <br /> <br />6) No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the building or shall require design review approval. <br /> <br />7) All other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />8) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the Building Code <br />will be checked with regard to compliance with electrical <br />wiring and fire rated walls and doors. <br /> <br />9) The applicant shall provide bicycle racks. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-9l-80 <br />November 13, 1991 <br />
