<br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case PUD-89-1-1M <br />(October 23, 1991) <br /> <br />l. The proposed development shall conform substantially to the <br />site plans, elevations, and related materials, Exhibit "A" <br />(dated "Received September 27, 1991"), on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The developer shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />city permits for the project prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br />3. This project shall be subject to the applicable Conditions of <br />Approval for Case PUD-89-l, listed under Ordinance No. 1416. <br /> <br />4. An 8' wide Public Service Easement (PSE) shall be located <br />behind the sidewalk on Glen Isle Avenue. This easement shall <br />be shown on the tentative map to the satisfaction of the <br />Director of Planning. <br /> <br />5. Lot grading shall be in accordance with sections 2907(b) (5) <br />and 70l2(d) of the 1988 Uniform Building Code, unless <br />otherwise approved by the Director of Planning and the City <br />Engineer. Final lot grading shall be shown at the tentative <br />map stage to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />6. with recordation of the final map, the developer shall abandon <br />all access rights to Stoneridge Drive. <br />
