<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-1-1M, THE APPLICATION OF FAR WEST <br />ASSOCIATES, LTD. (LOUIS G. BALDACCI) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Far West Associates, Ltd. (Louis G. Baldacci) has applied <br />for a major modification of an approved PUD development <br />plan to allow the construction of six single-family <br />attached dwelling units (duets) on an approximately 0.54 <br />acre site located at the southerly corner of Stoneridge <br />Drive and stone Point Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned unit Development) <br />- Medium Density Residential and High Density Residential <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of October 23, 1991, the <br />Planning commission considered all pUblic testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive <br />Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, therefore no <br />additional environmental document was prepared for this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds the proposed modification <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-1-1M, the <br />application of Far West Associates, Ltd. (Louis G. <br />Baldacci) for a major modification of an approved PUD <br />development plan to allow the construction of six single- <br />family attached dwelling units (duets) on an <br />approximately 0.54 acre site located at the southerly <br />corner of stoneridge Drive and Stone Point Way, subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
