<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF KAY KU FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kay Ku has applied for planned unit development (PUD) <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a three lot, <br />single-family custom home planned unit development on a <br />2.82 acre site on the west side of Foothill Road located <br />at 5130 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 23, 1991, the Planning <br />commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-91-2i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated September 10, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-91-2, the application of Kay Ku for <br />planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a three lot, single-family custom home <br />planned unit development on a 2.82 acre site on the west <br />side of Foothill Road located at 5130 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
