<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF WILLIAM TOOMEY <br />(PHILLIES CHEESESTEAK) AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-91-173 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Toomey (Phillies Cheesesteak) has applied for <br />design review approval for the installation of a 3.6 <br />meter (11.7 feet) satellite dish antenna on the roof of <br />an existing commercial building located at 310 Main <br />street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 24, <br />1991, the Design Review Board after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the city staff concerning this application approved <br />the application of William Toomey (Phillies Cheesesteak) <br />as filed under Case Z-91-173; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board approval was appealed by the <br />Planning commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 23, 1991, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planing Commission determined that as conditioned, <br />the proposed satellite dish installation is appropriate <br />for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-91-93, the application of William <br />Toomey (Phillies Cheesesteak) for design review approval <br />for the installation of a 3.6 meter (11.7 feet) satellite <br />dish antenna on the roof of an existing commercial <br />building located at 310 Main street, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The antenna shall not be relocated without prior <br />review and approval by the Planning Director. <br />
