<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING FURTHER STUDY OF THE "GENERAL PLAN <br />STUDY AREA" AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-91-6 AND PUD-91-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Krabbe-Osicki Partnership has applied to amend the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation of an <br />approximately 0.92 acre site located at 7116 Johnson <br />Drive from General and Limited Industrial to Business <br />Park or to any other land use designation deemed in the <br />public interest, and for rezoning from General Industrial <br />(I-G-40) to Planned unit Development (PUD) for <br />industrial/commercial/office uses or any other zoning <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of October 23, 1991, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning these applications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission denied the applications as filed <br />under Case GP-91-6 and PUD-91-7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that additional study <br />of the entire area in connection with the North <br />Pleasanton Improvement District and rezoning to a PUD was <br />necessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Directs staff to conduct a General Plan study of all <br />parcels shown on the "Recommended General Plan Study Area <br />Map" as shown in the staff report for GP-91-6 and PUD-91- <br />7 dated October 23, 1991, as a part of the comprehensive <br />General Plan update process with the intention of <br />changing all the parcels to the Business Park <br />designation. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />following its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANT ON ON THE 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wright, and <br />Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />Commissioner Horan (arrived late) <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />
