<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATIONS OF KRABBE-OSICKI <br />PARTNERSHIP AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-91-6 AND PUD-91-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Krabbe-Osicki Partnership has applied to amend the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation of an <br />approximately 0.92 acre site located at 7116 Johnson <br />Drive from General and Limited Industrial to Business <br />Park or to any other land use designation deemed in the <br />public interest, and for rezoning from General Industrial <br />(I-G-40) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for <br />industrial/commercial/office uses or any other zoning <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of October 23, 1991, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning these applications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that proposal needed <br />further study with additional conditions related to <br />traffic considerations, lighting, signage, and <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Denies Case GP-91-6 and Case PUD-91-7, the <br />applications of Krabbe-Osicki Partnership to amend the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation of an <br />approximately 0.92 acre site located at 7116 Johnson <br />Drive from General and Limited Industrial to Business <br />Park or to any other land use designation deemed in the <br />public interest, and for rezoning from General Industrial <br />(I-G-40) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for <br />industrial/commercial/office uses or any other zoning <br />consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />following its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wright, and <br />Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />Commissioner Horan (arrived late) <br /> <br />AYES: <br />
