<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE DISCUSSION OF THE NORTH SYCAMORE <br />SPECIFIC PLAN TO THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 13, 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission considered a <br />North sycamore Specific Plan for a 135 <br />generally north of Sycamore Road, <br />Boulevard, and south of the Mission <br />Hills neighborhoods; <br /> <br />proposal for the <br />acre area located <br />east of Sunol <br />Park and Ventana <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 9, 1991, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission provided direction to staff with <br />regard to the finalization of the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. continues the discussion of the North sycamore Plan and <br />directs staff to finalize the Final Environmental Impact <br />Report, General Plan Amendment, and Specific Plan <br />documents for the Commission's review at the November 13, <br />1991, Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />section 2.
