<br />EXHJ:BJ:T A <br />Reso1ution No. PC-91-71 <br />conditions or Approval <br /> <br />Case UP-91-54 <br /> <br />1. That the second unit shall conform sUbstantially to the site <br />plans, elevations, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated <br />"Received September 4, 1991"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. That this approval shall also be subject to all conditions of <br />the related administrative design review Case Z-91-177. <br /> <br />3. That the applicants shall obtain a separate numerical address <br />for the secondary unit from the Planning Department. The <br />address shall be installed on the site in such a manner that <br />the addresses for both units are visible from the street and <br />clearly indicate that two separate units exist on the parcel. <br /> <br />4. That only one residential unit on the subject property may be <br />rented at any time. The other unit shall be owner-occupied. <br /> <br />5. That the secondary unit shall not be occupied by more than two <br />adults or by one adult with children. <br /> <br />6. That in no case shall the secondary unit be sold, subdivided <br />or held under separate legal ownership from the primary <br />residence. <br /> <br />7.
