<br />PLANNJ:NG COMMJ:SSJ:ON CJ:TY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMKENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-91-6, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst Drive <br />and South of Red Feather Drive, to the PUD (Planned unit <br />Development) - Rural Density Residential and Open space <br />District, or to any other zoning District consistent with <br />the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 11, 1991, the Planning <br />commission approved a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case RZ-91-6 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds the proposed zoning is <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-91-6, to prezone an <br />approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst Drive <br />and South of Red Feather Drive, to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Rural Density Residential and Open Space <br />District. <br /> <br />Section 2.
