PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNJ:A RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-68 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-91-6 WHEREAS, The city of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst Drive and South of Red Feather Drive, to the PUD (Planned unit Development - Rural Density Residential and Open Space District, or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of Commission received Case RZ-91-6; and September 25, 1991, the Planning a proposed negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated september 3, 1991, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of the City of Pleasanton for pre zoning of an approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst Drive and South of Red Feather Drive, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Rural Density Residential and open space District.
