<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-91-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The city of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 560 acre site located east of Hearst Drive <br />and South of Red Feather Drive, to the PUD (Planned unit <br />Development - Rural Density Residential and Open Space <br />District, or to any other zoning district consistent with <br />the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />Commission received <br />Case RZ-91-6; and <br /> <br />September 25, 1991, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated september 3, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />for pre zoning of an approximately 560 acre site located <br />east of Hearst Drive and South of Red Feather Drive, to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Rural Density <br />Residential and open space District. <br />
