<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-6S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-91-S, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO AMEND CHAPTER 18.20 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Chapter 18.20 <br />of the Municipal Code (Design Review Board) regarding the <br />composition, duties, and scope of review of the Design <br />Review Board; and to amend other sections of the <br />Municipal Code regarding certain responsibilities of the <br />Design Review Board, specifically Chapters 18.74, 18.96, <br />18.112, and 18.132; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 11, <br />1991, the Planning commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-91-5, the application of <br />the City of P leasanton to amend Chapter 18. 20 of the <br />Municipal Code (Design Review Board) regarding the <br />composition, duties, and scope of review of the Design <br />Review Board; and to amend other sections of the <br />Municipal Code regarding certain responsibilities of the <br />Design Review Board, specifically Chapters 18.74, 18.96, <br />18.112, and 18.132 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
