PLANNING COMMJ:SSION CJ:TY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-61 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF RUSSELL SCHAEFFER FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-8 WHEREAS, Russell Schaeffer has applied for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for a five-unit single-family residential development on an approximately 1.401 acre parcel located at 5059 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of Commission received Case PUD-91-8; and September 11, 1991, the Planning a proposed negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received Initial Study dated June 12, 1991, recommendations of the staff; and and reviewed the and received the WHEREAS, a duly noticed pUblic hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Russell Schaeffer for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for a five-unit single-family residential development on an approximately 1. 401 acre parcel located at 5059 Foothill Road. Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
