<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-89-16-1M, THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown has applied for a major modification <br />to the approved PUD sign program for Pleasanton Square <br />Shopping Center located at 6030 Johnson Drive to permit <br />the installation of a new monument sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned unit Development) <br />- Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of August 28, 1991, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds the proposed modification <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case PUD-89-16-1M, the application of <br />Reynolds and Brown for a major modification to the <br />approved PUD sign program for Pleasanton Square Shopping <br />Center, located at 6030 Johnson Drive, to permit the <br />installation of a new monument sign, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The exact location of the monument sign shall be <br />worked out with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. The sign on the east wall shall be removed as <br />agreed upon by the applicant. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />following its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
