Recommends approval of Case PUD-Sl-30-52D, the <br />application of Signature Properties for a major <br />modification to an approved PUD development plan to <br />construct 151 townhouse and condominium dwelling units on <br />an approximately 12.46 acre site located at 5700 West Las <br />positas Boulevard (Lot 24A of the Hacienda Business Park) <br />located at 5700 West Las positas Boulevard, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
