<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />TRACT 6160, PAN-CAL <br />Resolution NO. PC-91-S8 <br /> <br />1. All previous conditions and requirements contained within <br />Planning commission Resolution No. PC-89-79, approving Tract <br />6160, shall remain in effect and in full force, except as <br />modified herein. <br /> <br />2. Light construction work including house construction <br />activities shall be limited to Monday through Friday between <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. on Saturday. Grading, street paving, the movement of <br />heavy equipment on and off the site, and semi-truck traffic <br />shall be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. <br /> <br />3. Condition 32 of Planning commission Resolution No. PC-89-79, <br />approving Tract 6160, shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />"The developer shall provide all properties <br />within 300 feet of the project with written <br />notice 7 days prior to the commencement of <br />development activity such as, demolition, tree <br />pruning, grading, the start of house <br />construction, and the like. This notice shall <br />be submitted to the Planning Director for <br />review and approval prior to mailing said <br />notice. The Planning Director shall have sole <br />determination as to whether a certain <br />development activity requires written notice." <br /> <br />4. The developer shall be responsible for providing the necessary <br />transition improvements to Foothill Road to join the new <br />roadway with the existing roadway based on the approved <br />interim design plan. The developer is eligible to receive <br />reimbursement from other projects which benefit from the <br />improvements based on their pro-rata share. <br /> <br />5. The expiration date of Tentative Map 6160 is hereby extended <br />to December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall install temporary security fencing along <br />Foothill Road and any other areas (street stubs) available for <br />access to the site, within thirty days. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall advise the neighbors within 300 feet of <br />the property of the hours of construction and the telephone <br />numbers of Pan-Cal representatives and contractors. <br /> <br />8. Additional weed abatement shall be performed as determined by <br />the Planning Director. <br />
