EXHIBIT "A" TRACT 6160, PAN-CAL Resolution NO. PC-91-S8 1. All previous conditions and requirements contained within Planning commission Resolution No. PC-89-79, approving Tract 6160, shall remain in effect and in full force, except as modified herein. 2. Light construction work including house construction activities shall be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Grading, street paving, the movement of heavy equipment on and off the site, and semi-truck traffic shall be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. 3. Condition 32 of Planning commission Resolution No. PC-89-79, approving Tract 6160, shall be amended as follows: "The developer shall provide all properties within 300 feet of the project with written notice 7 days prior to the commencement of development activity such as, demolition, tree pruning, grading, the start of house construction, and the like. This notice shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to mailing said notice. The Planning Director shall have sole determination as to whether a certain development activity requires written notice." 4. The developer shall be responsible for providing the necessary transition improvements to Foothill Road to join the new roadway with the existing roadway based on the approved interim design plan. The developer is eligible to receive reimbursement from other projects which benefit from the improvements based on their pro-rata share. 5. The expiration date of Tentative Map 6160 is hereby extended to December 31, 1991. 6. The applicant shall install temporary security fencing along Foothill Road and any other areas (street stubs) available for access to the site, within thirty days. 7. The applicant shall advise the neighbors within 300 feet of the property of the hours of construction and the telephone numbers of Pan-Cal representatives and contractors. 8. Additional weed abatement shall be performed as determined by the Planning Director.
