PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-S8 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6160, THE APPLICATION OF PAN-CAL WHEREAS, Pan-Cal has applied for approval of a one-year time extesion for Tentative Tract Map 6160 for the property located at 5137 Foothill Road, generally a 10+ acre property located on the east side of Foothill Road 400 + feet south of Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive (north) street intersection; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1991, the Planning commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Enviromental Quality Act; and a negative declaration was previously prepared and adopted for the PUD approval; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that approval of the extension, as conditioned, will ensure that the project is constructed in a manner that minimizes any impacts to surrounding residents. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves a one-year time extesion for Tentative Tract Map 6160 for the property located at 5137 Foothill Road, generally a 10+ acre property located on the east side of Foothill Road 400 + feet south of Foothill Road/Muirwood Drive (north) street intersection subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
