<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Reso1ution No. PC-91-S7 <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />1. The location and operation of the billiard parlor shall <br />conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, details of <br />operation and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br />August 15, 1991"), on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The developer shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the project prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the <br />state and County prior to beginning the operation of the <br />establishment. <br /> <br />4. If, at any time in the future, the activities of the operation <br />deviate from the above description or the ownership and/or <br />management of the billiard parlor are unable to control the <br />activities of patrons such that the presence of the billiard <br />parlor encourages loud noise, litter, parking lot problems, <br />drunkenness, etc., to the detriment of the surrounding uses or <br />to the city in general, the Planning Director may refer this <br />use permit to the Planning Commission for review at a public <br />hearing. If necessary, the Planning commission may add <br />conditions or revoke the subject conditional use permit per <br />Municipal Code Section 18.124.130. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall apply for and receive design review <br />approval for any proposed signs for the billiard parlor. The <br />signs shall be consistent with the previously-approved <br />comprehensive sign program for The Crossroads center. <br /> <br />6. No children under 18 years in age shall be admitted into the <br />billiard parlor before 3:00 pm on days when the Pleasanton <br />elementary, middle, and high schools are in session. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the billiard <br />parlor in a clean and orderly manner at all times. The <br />applicant's responsibility in this regard shall be a part of <br />the lease with the property owners. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall install glass windows and/or doors that <br />provide clear and unobstructed views at all times into the two <br />private suites. The design and arrangement of this glazing <br />shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning <br />Director and the glazing shall be installed prior to the <br />commencement of the operation of the proposed billiard <br />facility. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-57 <br />August 28, 1991 <br />
