Cash Balance at June 30, <br /> 2004 is $8,758,486. Lower-Income Housing Fees are being <br /> accumulated in this fund. These fees have been and will be put <br /> toward the construction of an assisted living facility in FY <br /> 2004-05, will continue to be used for affOrdable housing loan <br /> programs on the Bernal property and otherlhousing projects and <br /> programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
