<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF ARTHUR DUNKLEY, GREGORY MIX, AND HOWARD <br />HANSEN FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS PILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-91-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arthur Dunkley, Gregory Mix, and Howard Hansen have <br />applied for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and <br />development plan approval to allow a combination of <br />commercial service and office uses on a developed and <br />vacant property totaling 2.22 acres located at 63 & 73 <br />Ray street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />commission received <br />Case PUD-91-4; and <br /> <br />August 28, 1991, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated August 28, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Arthur Dunkley, Gregory <br />Mix, and Howard Hansen for planned unit development (PUD) <br />rezoning and development plan approval to allow a <br />combination of commercial service and office uses on a <br />developed and vacant property totaling 2.22 acres located <br />at 63 & 73 Ray Street. <br />
