<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-S3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-91-20 FOR JAMES GRIFFEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Griffen has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />allow the construction of a secondary unit located at 1 <br />Roman Eagle Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential/Open Space District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1991, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was unable to support the use <br />permit in conjunction with the variance without a <br />redesign of the second unit to meet Municipal Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Denies, without prejudice, Case UP-91-20 the <br />application of James Griffen for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the construction of a secondary unit located at <br />1 Roman Eagle Court. <br /> <br />Section 2.
