<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OP AN APPLICATION POR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-8S-8-SD, <br />THE APPLICATION OF THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH <br />AMERICA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Prudential Insurance Company of North America has <br />applied for development plan approval to construct an <br />approximately 126,390 square foot retail store on a <br />15.06 acre portion of a 32.3 acre site located at the <br />northeast corner of Hacienda Drive and Owens Drive in <br />the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Mixed Commercial/Office and Industrial <br />Planned Development District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 8, <br />1993, the Planning Commission, after considering all <br />pUblic testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this proposal, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-85-8-5D; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-8-5D, the <br />application of the Prudential Insurance company of <br />North America for development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 126,390 square foot retail <br />store on a 15.06 acre portion of a 32.3 acre site <br />located at the northeast corner of Hacienda Drive and <br />Owens Drive in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br />
