EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions of Approval
Resolution No. PC-91-48

1. That the proposed use permit modification shall conform
substantially to the site plans, elevations, narrative, and
related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received June 4, 1991"),
on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by
these conditions.

2. The tent shall be removed from the site by 5:00 p.m. August 3,
1991.

3. The outdoor tent shall be allowed to be used once a year for
a maximum of seven days in conjunction with the church's
vacation Bible School activities. Application for said tent
shall be submitted to the city, and shall be subject to the
review of the Planning Director. The Planning Director may
either approve the request or refer the matter to the Planning
commission if judged to be a substantial change.

4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to
parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion
on the Planning Director, he/she may add additional conditions
to mitigate such impacts on future events, or may revoke said
use permit.

5. Tent lighting shall be turned off no later than 10:00 p.m.
each night.

6. The applicants shall attempt to keep noise at a level so as to
not disturb neighbors. In addition, no amplified music, PA
system, or similar amplified device shall be used in the tent
or outside after 9:30 p.m.

7. The church shall instruct parents and church volunteers to use
alternate modes of transportation (e.g. carpool, bicycling,
walking, etc.) as necessary to limit the overflow of the
parking lot on the closing night.

8. That all other conditions of approval for Case UP-81-1 shall
remain in full force and effect.

Resolution No. PC-91-48
July 10, 1991
