<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />proposed Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-91-27 <br />(June 18, 1991) <br /> <br />1. The proposed development shall conform substantially to the <br />site plans, elevations, and related materials, Exhibit A <br />(dated "Received June 20, 1991"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. Approval of this use permit shall be contingent upon, and <br />subject to, all conditions of approval imposed upon the <br />related case of PUD-89-16-1D. <br /> <br />3. All conditions of approval of PUD-89-16 and Z-90-59 (the <br />comprehensive sign program for this site) shall apply. <br /> <br />4. The developer shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the project prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br />5. The drive-through entrance sign along the primary north-south <br />drive aisle shall be relocated to the next southerly drive <br />aisle landscape planter. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The proposed drive-through <br />right-turn out movements <br />vehicle access driveway. <br /> <br />exit sign shall indicate that only <br />are permitted into the primary <br /> <br />7. In addition, the Taco Bell management (or <br />designated representative) , shall be responsible for <br />retrieving any and all stray litter generated by this use, <br />both on-site and all immediately adjacent properties off-site. <br /> <br />8. That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, loitering, or other impacts, at <br />the discretion of the Planning Director, this use permit may <br />be submitted to the Planning commission for subsequent review <br />at a pUblic hearing.
