<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Resolution No. PC-91-42 <br /> <br />1. The use shall conform sUbstantially to the site plan, Exhibit A <br />(dated "Received May 16, 1990"), on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />2. If the proposed autobody repair shop use results in conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, n01se, or similar factors, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent <br />review, mOdifications/addition of conditions, or revocation of <br />said permit. <br /> <br />4. The customers I automobiles shall be stored within the building <br />during the repair process. The on-site exterior parking spaces <br />may be used only upon completion of the necessary repairs. <br /> <br />5. The hours of operation of the business shall be limited to 7:30 <br />am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall apply for and receive Planning Department <br />approval for any signs to be used to identify the business. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall apply for and receive approval from the Fire <br />Department for the handling and storage of all hazardous <br />materials, including the spray booth. <br /> <br />8. The property owners shall maintain the facility in a neat and <br />orderly fashion. The property owners shall enforce the <br />prohibition of outdoor repa1rs and storage of wrecked <br />automobiles. The owners shall also maintain the building and <br />landscaping in an attractive manner. In the event that the <br />owners do not fulfill these responsibilities, this use permit <br />may be referred to the Planning commission for their review and <br />possible revocation of this permit. <br /> <br />9. The storage of wrecked or disabled cars on the project site is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />10. All ducts, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical <br />equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground or elsewhere, <br />be effectively screened from view with materials that are <br />architecturally compatible with the main structure. <br /> <br />11. All repair work and painting shall be done completely inside of <br />the building.
