<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-40 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CPS, PLEASAHTON ONE, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-91-74 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CPS, Pleasanton One has applied for design review <br />approval to construct a 65' tall pole on which one 13' <br />diameter directional antenna would be mounted; <br />installation of one 4' diameter, roof-mounted microwave <br />communication dish; and construction of a 10' tall <br />masonry wall in the parking area of an existing office <br />site located at 4440 willow Road (Lot 13B, Hacienda <br />Business Park); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- I/C - 0 (Industrial, Commercial, and Office) District; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1991, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed project <br />would provide a necessary service to the business <br />community as well as provide another emergency <br />communication mode, and the location is appropriate and <br />the visual impacts have been reduced. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-91-74, the application of CPS <br />Pleasanton One for design review approval to construct a <br />65' tall pole on which one 13' diameter directional <br />antenna would be mounted; installation of one 4' <br />diameter, roof-mounted microwave communication dish; and <br />construction of a masonry wall in the parking area of an <br />existing office site located at 4440 willow Road (Lot <br />13B, Hacienda Business Park) subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br />
