<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-91-1, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has applied to rezone five parcels <br />totalling approximately 2.1+ acres located at 3655, 3683, <br />3731 Vineyard Avenue and 495 Linden Way to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) MDR (Medium Density <br />Residential) District, R-1-10, 000/R-1-7, 500 Districts, or <br />any other land use designation deemed in the public <br />interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is S (study); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 12, 1991, the Planning commission <br />recommended approval of a proposed negative declaration <br />for Case RZ-91-1 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed rezoning <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-91-1, to rezone five <br />parcels totalling approximately 2.1+ acres located at <br />3655, 3683, 3731 Vineyard Avenue and 495 Linden Way to <br />the R-1-10,000 District. <br /> <br />section 2.
