<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-91-1, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has applied to rezone five parcels <br />totalling approximately 2.1+ acres located at 3655, 3683, <br />3731 Vineyard Avenue and 495 Linden Way to the PUD <br />(Planned unit Development) MDR (Medium Density <br />Residential) District, R-1-10, 000/R-1-7, 500 Districts, or <br />any other land use designation deemed in the public <br />interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is S (study); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June <br />received a proposed <br />RZ-91-1; and <br /> <br />12, 1991, the Planning Commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has received <br />Initial study dated June 12, 1991, <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />and reviewed the <br />and received the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 12, 1991, <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declaration and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed rezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />Case RZ-91-1, to rezone five parcels totalling <br />approximately 2.1+ acres located at 3655, 3683, 3731 <br />Vineyard Avenue and 495 Linden Way to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) <br />District, R-1-10,OOO/R-1-7,500 Districts, or any other <br />land use designation deemed in the public interest. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
