<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-91-14 FOR KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kentucky Fried Chicken has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to construct a drive-through window and lane at an <br />existing restaurant located at 1803 Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Commercial District. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 22, 1991, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission <br />findings required to <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />was unable to make all of the <br />justify the granting of a <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Denies Case UP-91-14 the application of Kentucky Fried <br />Chicken for a conditional use permit to construct a <br />drive-through window and lane at an existing restaurant <br />located at 1803 Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />section 2.
