<br />EXHmIT B <br /> <br />Proposed Draft Ordinance Amendment <br />To Amend Pleasant on Municipal Code <br />Section 18.116.040 <br />To Allow The Use of Decorations During Outdoor Events <br />Case RZ-91-2 <br />(May 22, 1991) <br /> <br />(Proposed amendments are italicized in bold) <br /> <br />Title 18 Zoning <br /> <br />Chapter 18.116.040 Outdoor Sales <br /> <br />Temporary outdoor display and/or sale of merchandise or services meeting the <br />following requirements shall be permitted upon the granting of a temporary <br />conditional use permit in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.124.170 of this <br />title. <br /> <br />Add new subsection E. <br /> <br />Subsection E. Decorations and attention getting devices may be used during these events <br />when displayed according to an approved decorating plan submitted concurrently with the <br />application for a temporary conditional use pennit for the event. Allowable decorations <br />and attention getting devices are restricted to flags, pennants, banners, and other <br />temporary signs and devices as deemed appropriate by the zoning administrator. <br />
