EXHIBIT "A" Conditions or Approva~ Resolution No. PC-91-34 1) That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received April 12, 1991"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. The facility may be used at other times as long as the number of people on site during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, does not exceed the amount of parking allocated for that space. Small groups may use the site in the evenings, however the main congregation hours shall be Wednesday evening and Sunday. 2) That the use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all times. 3) That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. 4) That prior to actual use of the structure for a church, said structure must be made to conform to all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of the city. 5) That if additional activities beyond that proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received April 12, 1991" on file with the Planning Department, are desired, prior city review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall either approve the request or refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. 6) That no signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program for the Northcreek II buildings, or shall require Design Review Board approval. 7) That no exterior building improvements are approved as part of this application. All exterior modifications to the building shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director. 8) That all other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the applicant. 9) Approval shall not become effective unless and until approval of PUD-80-2-8M becomes effective.
