<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-21, THE APPLICATION OF ROY THOMPSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roy Thompson has applied for PUD rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a three lot single-family custom home <br />development on a 0.98 acre site located at 6240 Sunol <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 8, 1991, the Planning commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-90- <br />21; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission has received <br />Initial study dated April 1, 1991, <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />and reviewed the <br />and received the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Roy Thompson for PUD <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a three lot <br />single-family custom home development on a 0.98 acre site <br />located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br />
