PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-30 RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO PROCEED WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE NORTH SYCAMORE SPECIFIC PLAN RECOMMENDATION (CASE SP-90-1) WHEREAS, the Planning commission of the City of Pleasanton at their meeting of April 24, 1991, considered the draft North Sycamore Specific Plan for a 135 acre area located generally north of Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard and south of the Mission Park and Vent ana Hills neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 24, 1991, the Planning commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, staff recommended that the Planning Commission refer Case SP-90-1 to the city Council with a recommendation to include the North Sycamore area in the South Pleasanton Specific Plan and EIR study. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Directs staff to proceed, in a reasonable timeframe, with the preparation of a plan, not tied to the south Pleasanton Specific Plan, incorporating items agreed upon by the Planning Commission, for the North Sycamore area. Section 2.
