<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Conditions or Approva1 <br />Resolution No. PC-91-29 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The use shall conform substantially to the <br />A (dated "Received November 16, 1990"), <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />site plan, Exhibit <br />on file with the <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall stripe and clearly mark the 5 existing <br />parking spaces along the fence on the southern property line <br />for their exclusive use to complete minor repairs. <br /> <br />3. The types of minor repairs permitted to occur outdoors in the <br />designated spaces shall include only those minor repairs which <br />do not require the removal of fluids. These minor repairs <br />shall be generally those shown on the attached Exhibit C. If <br />the performance of these outdoor repairs result in conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, or similar factors, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent <br />review, modifications/addition of conditions, or revocation of <br />said permit. <br /> <br />4. The customers I automobiles shall be stored wi thin the building <br />or in the on-site exterior parking spaces. <br /> <br />5. The hours of operation of the business shall be limited to <br />8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall apply for and receive Design Review Board <br />approval for any signs to be used to identify the business. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall coordinate with the owner of the property <br />to complete the striping of the 14 additional parking spaces <br />shown on the attached Exhibit A. This additional striping <br />shall be completed prior the commencement of their facility's <br />operations at this location. <br /> <br />8. The rolling gates must remain open and clear access provided <br />to the rear parking area at all times during normal business <br />hours. <br /> <br />9. The storage of wrecked or disabled cars on the project site is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />lO.
