<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AS THE PRIORITIES FOR FUNDING THOSE <br />PROJECTS IDENTIFIED IN THE DRAFT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />1991-92 THROUGH 1995-96 TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to <br />investigate and make recommendations to the city council <br />regarding means for implementing the General Plan so that <br />it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient <br />expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects <br />addressed in the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly notice public hearing of April 10, 1991, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning the proposed Capital Improvement Program for <br />1991-92 through 1995-96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission found the Draft Capital <br />Improvement Program, as a whole and as individual <br />projects, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends as the priorities for funding those projects <br />identified in the Draft Capital Improvement Program to <br />City council. <br /> <br />section 2. Directs staff to forward to the City council the <br />planning commissioners ' individual comments regarding <br />project priorities. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and Chairman <br />Mahern <br />commissioner Horan <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 10, 1991 <br />
