EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of Approval Resolution No. PC-91-26 1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received March 15, 1991"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. That the applicant shall meet all requirements of section 6.40, "Taxicabs" of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. 3. That the applicant shall obtain all building, fire, hazardous materials, or any other applicable City permits for the use. 4. That the minor repairs and maintenance of the taxicabs shall be conducted entirely within the building at all times. Minor repairs and maintenance of the taxicabs shall be limited to cleaning, oil changing, addition of fluids, changing of tires, and changing of light-bulbs. At no time shall servicing of the taxicabs be conducted outside of the building. Servicing of the taxicabs shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The doors shall remain closed at all times. 5. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the Planning Director that noise, radio frequency interference, emissions, drainage, litter, storage, parking, traffic, or other issues associated with the proposed use are having adverse effects on surrounding uses or the City in general, this matter can be submitted, at the discretion on the Planning Director, to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. 6. That if additional acti vi ties beyond that approved by the Planning Commission are desired, prior city review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be substantial. 7. That the applicant shall have no more than 14 taxicabs on the project site at any given time. The applicant shall be allowed to store up to 8 taxicabs within the building and 6 within his assigned parking spaces, unless the Board of Directors of the property owners' association approves in writing the use of additional assigned spaces. Inoperable vehicles shall only be parked within the applicant's building suite. This condition shall be complied with within 30 days of the date of the Planning commission approval.
