<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-24 <br /> <br />1. All appropriate state licenses for a large family day care <br />home shall be secured and maintained during the entire time <br />the residence is utilized as a large family day care facility. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the state Fire <br />Marshall relating to large family day care homes. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall be aware that the garage must be available <br />to park two cars as required by the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />4. All automobiles owned or operated by the applicant or other <br />tenants living at 5090 Independence Drive shall be parked in <br />the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the subject site <br />during the time the day care center is in operation. <br /> <br />5. Day care employees shall park in the driveway or garage at all <br />times. <br /> <br />6. Day care patrons shall be directed by the applicant to utilize <br />the on-street parking spaces directly in front of the day care <br />home, when available. <br /> <br />7. Day care patrons may utilize other on-street parking spaces <br />provided that children are escorted or can safely travel <br />between the day care home and parking. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall advise the day care patrons to drive <br />safely and follow all traffic regulations on Independence <br />Drive and Junipero Drive. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall advise the day care patrons not to make U- <br />turns in the street or in neighboring driveways. <br /> <br />10. The hours of the large family day care shall be limited to the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />11. Any changes in the operation of the day care shall be subject <br />to the Planning Director's review and approval. <br /> <br />12. No outdoor recreational activities shall occur prior to 8:00 <br />a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-24 <br />March 27, 1991 <br />
