<br />6. Final building colors shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for approval prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. Blue shall be limited to the metal roof and related <br />cap flashing. The ivory gray shall be changed to light gray, <br />yet shall still contrast with the darker gray trim color. <br /> <br />7. The project developer shall reimburse the City for the <br />project's share of the street and sanitary sewer improvements <br />on Old Santa Rita Road, and storm sewer installation along the <br />project's east property line next to the Rose Pavilion center. <br />Payment shall be made to the City prior to issuance of the <br />building permit. <br /> <br />8. The final driveway design shall be provided for review and <br />approval by the Director of Planning prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />9. This case shall be subj ect to all Standard Conditions of <br />Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference except for 12, 13, 31, and 33. <br />
