<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Finds, after having reviewed and considered the <br />material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, <br />sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed. <br /> <br />section 2. Finds that the Environmental Impact Report for the <br />proposed development plan has been completed in <br />compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, <br />and state and City guidelines. <br /> <br />section 3.
