PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-14 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE Z-91-12, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, city of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval to allow the expansion of the existing city administration building into an existing porched entry area located at 123 Main street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "P" (Public and Institutionall Civic overlay District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 27, 1991, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; and WHEREAS, the design of the addition will be compatible with the existing building and other structures in the civic center, and, therefore consistent with the purpose of the Civic overlay District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of the city of Pleasanton (Case Z-9l-12l for design review approval to allow the expansion of the existing city administration building into an existing porched entry area located at 123 Main street subject to the following conditions: 1. That the project shall conform substantially to the plans and elevations, Exhibit "A" (dated "Received January 22, 1991"l, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified herein. 2. That the applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable city permits for the project prior to the commencement of construction. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
